1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Tree Tracker mobile application (the “app”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Personal Use
The app is provided “as is” for personal use to track tree planting activity, earnings, and seasonal progress. Any other use is not authorized under these terms.
3. Accuracy of Your Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including tree counts, species, rates, and earnings. Tree Tracker is a logging tool — it does not verify or audit your records.
4. Data Integrity & Liability
We make reasonable efforts to ensure data integrity through Apple iCloud sync. However, we are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or sync issues that may occur. We strongly recommend keeping your iCloud account active and signed in on your device.
5. Independence
Tree Tracker is an independent product and is not affiliated with any specific reforestation company, contractor, or industry organization.
6. Age Requirement
Users must be at least 4 years of age to use the app, in line with App Store age guidelines.
7. Pricing
The app is currently free to use. If pricing or in-app purchases are introduced in the future, those terms will be made clearly available before any charge is incurred.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will note the date of changes at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising in connection with the app will be handled under Canadian jurisdiction.
